LEWISTOWN, Pa. – With postseason activities opening up on Saturday afternoon, the Central Keystone Youth Football & Cheer League (CKYFCL) has announced the final event of the calendar year. The league’s annual Senior Bowl will take place on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Derry Township Park.
This season’s edition of the senior bowl will see the squads split between Terrace and Derry-Decatur and Burnham and Kish. The combined team of Terrace and Derry-Decatur will be coached by the Terrace Tigers coaching staff while the Burnham-Kish squad will be under the direction of the Burnham coaching staff.
Cheer will utilize a combined squad for the event.
The CKYFCL is a 501c3 registered non-profit organization benefitting the more than 600 children across a four-county area in Central Pennsylvania. In addition to healthy competition, the league aims to provide an equal opportunity for kids between the ages of 5 and 13 to learn important skills in teamwork while forming friendships and bonds that can last a lifetime.
