The Jaylen Reed Youth Football Camp, offered in conjunction with the Lead Foundation and Cleats 4 Kids, will take place in the hours before the Lezzer Lumber Classic which is considered as one of the premiere all-star football games in Pennsylvania. Recent Mifflin County graduate Aidan Reed will be participating in the Classic as a member of the South Squad.

In 1985, the Central Pennsylvania Football Coaches Association, with the late J. Gawen Stoker (former head coach at Indian Valley High School) as the Game Director, initiated the Mid-State Classic under the corporate sponsorship of the Mid-State Bank.

In 1998, the Lezzer Lumber Company became the major sponsor for the Classic with the CPFCA maintaining the football and organizational aspects of the game. We are proud to continue our association with the Lezzer Lumber as the corporate sponsor. Currently, there are thirty-two schools from District VI and IX involved in the game.
