League Announces 2025 Bowl Weekend Schedule

LEWISTOWN, Pa. – The regular season is in the books and the Central Keystone Youth Football & Cheer League (CKYFCL) has announced official pairings for the 2025 Bowl Weekend to be held at Kish Bank Field at Donald M. Chapman III Stadium.

At the conclusion of Sunday’s games, a tiebreaker scenario was used to determine Midget division seeding. Due to the season point differential tiebreaker criteria, Derry-Decatur earned the four-seed. Terrace earned the five-seed and Burnham earned the sixth-seed.

This year’s main slate of games will be played on Saturday, November 8 and Sunday, November 9. There will also be a Midget division play-in game to determine Terrace’s opponent as Kish-South meets up with Burnham on Wednesday, November 5 at 5:30 p.m. at Armagh Memorial Field.

Bowl weekend opens up on Saturday, November 8 with a pair of Pee Wee matchups starting at 10 a.m when fifth-seeded Terrace meets up with six-seed Derry-Decatur. During the regular season, Terrace swept Derry-Decatur behind 31-13 and 14-6 victories, respectively. 

Following the opener, Pee Wee action continues at noon when the third-seeded McVeytown does battle with fourth-seeded Burnham. The two teams split the season series. 

After the conclusion of the 3 vs 4 matchup in the Pee Wee division, the Mighty Mights will take to the field for three flag games to cap off the season. Burnham meets Derry-Decatur at 2:00 p.m., Kish does battle with Terrace at 2:15 p.m. and Juniata tangles with McVeytown at 2:30 p.m.

Saturday’s full slate of action concludes with the Pee Wee Championship game putting regular season champion Kish against Juniata. Kish swept the season series with the Little Indians en route to an unblemished 2025 campaign. 

Sunday’s slate of games opens with a Midget-division matchup at 1 p.m. when Terrace does battle with the winner of the play-in game slated for Wednesday between Burnham and Kish-South. 

The Midget heavy Sunday slate continues with a matchup between third-seeded Juniata and fourth-seeded Derry-Decatur. The two teams split the regular season series.  

Bowl Weekend wraps up with the Midget Championship game between Kish-North and McVeytown at 5 p.m. Kish-North swept the season series with McVeytown as the Indians look to return to the top of the heap in the Midget division. 

Fans are reminded that the game start times are approximate and could be adjusted to accommodate an earlier start time should games move quickly and ahead of schedule. 

Additionally, all rules and regulations of the Mifflin County School District (MCSD) will be in place for the duration of the weekend’s events.

⁃ Firearms and other weapons are not permitted on the grounds of Kish Bank Field at Donald M. Chapman III Stadium
⁃ Parents, fans and other non-game personnel are not allowed on Kish Bank Field at Donald M. Chapman III Stadium until given verbal approval by league staff over the public address system.
⁃ Kish Bank Field at Donald M. Chapman III Stadium is a non-smoking facility.
⁃ Any parent, coach or fan that is deemed to be unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
⁃ Parents are reminded of the code of conduct they signed at the beginning of the season. The Parent’s Code of Conduct remains in effect and will be enforced.


The CKYFCL is a 501c3 registered non-profit organization benefitting the more than 500 children across a four-county area in Central Pennsylvania. In addition to healthy competition, the league aims to provide an equal opportunity for the youth of Central Pennsylvania to learn important skills in teamwork while forming friendships and bonds that can last a lifetime.
